Scope of Services. Through this Site, KBD-Kitchens by Design markets and arranges Bathroom Remodeling, Cabinet Installation, Flooring Installation, Hardwood Flooring, Kitchen Remodeling. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://kbdkitchensbydesignpalmetto.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of KBD-Kitchens by Design or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. KBD-Kitchens by Design makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Cap on Damages. Liability of KBD-Kitchens by Design arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify KBD-Kitchens by Design from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of FL, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in FL.
Updates. KBD-Kitchens by Design reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
